How are your classes paid for - is it a monthly fee or each class?
You can pay by class or purchase a class package. Classes are as low as $5/class (+CT tax) depending on the class package you choose.You will receive a TF&Z Key Tag and "beep" in when you attend a class. Classes on the TF&Z Key Tag do not expire and you can share your TF&Z Key Tag with family and friends.No monthly fees, no membership fees. You only pay for the classes you attend.
I work crazy hours and would not be able to attend just one class every week?
No problem! We offer 20+ classes each week, with more on the way.
You can come to any class, any day, any time! The flexibility is all yours!

How can I find out what class is the best for me - a beginner at everything?
All of our classes are designed to fit the needs of all individuals. I don't believe in a one size fits all workout. We all have different bodies, issues, and goals. I will chat with you before class an offer ideas and suggestions of how to make each class the best experience for you. You will notice many variations in each class as class participants "do their thing" to best meet their needs. It is really fun! Our classes also have really great people! We are all just real people, having a really great time getting and staying healthy together!
CHILDREN/FAMILY CLASSES:
What age children are the children/family classes for?
Children of all ages are welcome to join us for children/family classes as long as they are old enough to participate.
Parents are encouraged to be with their children but it is optional and certainly not mandatory.
Also it says you offer childcare during the morning classes, would I be able to leave my five month old?
We also offer an area for children while parents participate in all our weekday morning classes. We have trained babysitters available. Your five month old is welcome to come.
How much and how many weeks are the parent/ family classes? Do we have to attend them all?
Our Summer Children/Family Classes and Activities are $5-$6/class depending on which class package you purchase.
The Summer Children/Family Class and Activity schedule runs from June 25 to August 24 and you do not have to attend all the classes. Also, you only pay for the classes/activities you attend.
